The evidence is overwhelming. Many American technical start-up companies are able to accelerate their rise to power and dominate their business sector. The question is… "Why?" Is there something that they are doing that gives them a distinct competitive advantage on the world stage? If so, what is it and how is it helping them to drive their success?

This workshop will present, examine and discuss how many UK entrepreneurs and businesses are destined to under perform because they fail to plan what is arguably the most important aspect of their business: their culture.

What is business culture? Why is it important? How can your company benefit from carefully planning your business culture as early as possible? What role and impact can it have in maximising wealth?
